La Jolla Art & Wine Festival

This unique two-day festival will be held in the Village of La Jolla on Upper Girard Avenue and will showcase over 150 juried fine artists, the Green Dragon Wine and Beer Garden, live entertainment at the Village Stage, a gourmet marketplace and Geppetto’s Family Art Center. Proceeds from this event are donated to commonly underfunded programs at the three La Jolla public elementary schools.

Saturday, October 1st

• 11:00 am - noon: Robin Henkel with Troy Sandow (country blues)
• Noon - 1:00 pm: Solo Yo with Yochanan Sebastian (urban jazz)
• 1:00 - 2:00 pm: Singer-songwriters: Mary Dolan, Christy Bruneau, Pi Jacobs and Brandy Lee (folk/pop/rock)
• 2:00 - 3:00 pm: The Royals (Doo-Wop A Cappella)
• 3:00 - 4:00 pm: Dirt Road Fancy (singer-songwriters)
• 4:00 - 5:00 pm: Solemar (Brazilian)
• 5:00 - 6:00 pm: Farran and Maldonado (singer-songwriters)

Sunday, October 2nd

• 11:00 am - noon: Charlie Imes and the Hodad Surf Club (beach music/folk)
• Noon - 1:00 pm: Zzymzzy Jazz Quartet (Gypsy swing)
• 1:00 - 2:00 pm: David Bennet Cohen (blues)
• 2:00 - 3:00 pm: Cole Collective (East-Coast jazz/funk)
• 3:00 - 4:00 pm: Steph Johnson (R&B/soul/funk)
• 4:00 - 5:00 pm: The Choice Entertainers (Doo-Wop A Cappella)
• 5:00 - 6:00 pm: The Rhythm Jacks (R&B)

Geppetto's Family Art Center

Make sure you bring the kids to a festival favorite - the Geppetto's Family Art Center! Open both days from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Geppetto's Family Art Center will display the artwork of La Jolla's talented, artistic youth, as well as provide fun, hands-on projects for children of all ages. And we're adding something new this year...local organizations have partnered with LJAWF to offer even more exciting activities for kids!

Wine & Beer Garden

A unique part of the La Jolla Art & Wine Festival is the Surfside Wine & Beer Garden, open both Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm. Patrons 21 and older can taste and enjoy some of our region's finest wines and beers.

The La Jolla Art & Wine Festival will be located on Upper Girard Avenue. The event's road closure starts one block up at the corner of Girard Ave. and Pearl Ave.

From 5 North
Exit La Jolla Parkway
Follow La Jolla Parkway down the hill
Continue straight as La Jolla Parkway changes name to Torrey Pines Road
Continue on Torrey Pines Road until it deadends at Girard Ave and the Vons Shopping Center
Left on Girard Avenue

From 5 South
Exit La Jolla Village Drive
Right on La Jolla Village Drive (headed West towards the ocean)
Left on Torrey Pines Road
Veer right to stay on Torrey Pines Road when you get to the bottom of the hill
Continue on Torrey Pines Road until it deadends at Girard Ave and the Vons Shopping Center
Left on Girard Avenue
